Why Getting The Correct Ph Level Is Essential

There is a tartness to a good glass of Kombucha tea, almost like apple cider with a small hint of a little living fizz.

That is why getting the ph level of your Kombucha tea right is essential. Too high and it goes too sweet, too low and it is just like vinegar.

Do it wrong and you will be drinking mold. (Thought I would just throw that in).

A happy aim is getting the tea between a ph level of 2.9 to 3.4, and you can test this with a ph tester or some ph strips.
